All Users agree that they are not members or associated with members of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) or the Vancouver Island real Estate Board, unless specific privileges are granted to individuals. The site is intended only for clients of Team Gillette & Derek Gillette and is approved for the use and access of the site. The site is only used for the information on purchasing a house and for no other purpose. Any member of the Vancouver Island board or persons associated with a member must get permission to access the site.

This area is an email server for clients of Team Gillette. This email server is for the sole access of listings that have been emailed to clients of Team Gillette/Derek Gillette based on buying criteria that has been specified by the buyer. Hot Sheets and other emailed data sent to the buyer is also based on criteria specified by the buyer/client and can be changed by the buyer based on their buying decisions.
